Can we shape the day around our interests?

Yes. Start with a Signature Experience or Create Your Own Shanghai. Tell us what draws you in — food, design, local life, academic interests or something entirely your own — and we’ll shape the route with you.

Can I choose my Host?

For Signature City Experiences, we introduce three personally matched City Hosts and explain why each could be a good fit. You choose. For arrivals and business visits, we arrange someone suited to your practical or professional needs.

Can you accommodate families and different needs?

Tell us your children’s ages, accessibility needs, dietary preferences and preferred pace. We discuss the arrangements with you in advance so everyone can enjoy the visit comfortably.

Can we explore in the evening?

A 5:00–9:00 PM Half Day may be arranged, subject to confirmation. All Signature City Experiences finish by 9:00 PM.
